Relentless Return Policy
We stand behind our products and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and experience with us.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any unopened product or apparel with all original tags intact. Please contact customer service at email@example.com or 888-301-3002 prior to sending any product back for a return, replacement, or exchange. Failure to do so may result in delays. Once the return is acknowledged, you will be responsible for sending the product back to us.

*Relentless Customer Service can provide a return label to facilitate the return process. This fee will then be deducted from the final refund amount.
Once the return is received and approved, a refund will be applied to the method of payment used to purchase the original product. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund. The refund issued is for the price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for the original delivery.
If a product you receive is damaged during shipment or is not what you ordered, we will send a replacement immediately. In this situation, you may be asked for further documentation prior to your replacement being sent out. Please note that refunds or replacements are only issued for unopened products that were purchased directly through the official Relentless website. We are unable to accept returns of purchases made from third party retailers.
Products that do not meet the above criteria will not be considered for return.

A: It can take a couple of hours for your order to be packed and ready, especially on nights and weekends. If it’s been more than 48 hours please contact us and have your order number ready.
